Tchaikovsky Vodka draws inspiration from the legendary Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, whose music embodies elegance, emotion, and cultural richness. The packaging design should mirror these qualities, emphasizing artistry, tradition, and refinement.

We present to you the creation of three concepts for gift packaging for the premium vodka «Tchaikovsky» for the company «Luding.»
The first concept involves developing an idea centered around a chronometer. Key dates related to the creative biography and residence of the Russian composer P.I. Tchaikovsky are arranged in a circular pattern around it.

During the study of the composer’s biography, we wanted to visually showcase his extensive list of works and broad geographical travels. The design also features a spiral element, referencing musical style. This concept will be further developed in the second concept.

The second concept combines several ideas: a chronometer representing the composer’s creative biography and place of residence, as well as the intangible, yet visually evocative nature of music. Graphically, the essence of music is depicted through a wave pattern in the style of op art and a spiral, circular ornament.




The use of op art style was proposed to incorporate a portrait of the composer and one of his symbols— a ballerina— into the pattern.

The circular, spiral rhythm alludes to associations related to natural motifs in romantic music, which also developed into new genres within this musical style: dance and waltz. In the graphic design of the premium packaging, we aimed to convey the refined, sentimental beauty that distinguishes P.I. Tchaikovsky’s works from those of other composers.

The third concept focuses on creating consumer packaging. The proposed idea is to design an ornament composed of cities where the composer lived or visited, highlighting the main symbol of his creativity— the ballet «Swan Lake,» which has become a brand image. This concept is presented as a pencil sketch on an A2 format.
